I read that article as well the other night. Cisco’s intranet and company directory is well on its way to becoming a top-notch social networking site. I was able to search among the 65,000 employees to find an expert in x,y or z, then find them on a google maps mashup, point, click and enter a collaboration session with them. Cool stuff, and CERTAINLY where the future is headed!
