Great move by Zappos, they’ve built a great name for themselves and when you think Zappos you think of customer service. If only all companies had this mentality! They definitely should!

Hey would you mind sharing which blog platform you’re using? I’m going to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a tough time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S Apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!

I do love the manner in which you have presented this particular matter and it does indeed give us a lot of fodder for consideration. Nevertheless, from what precisely I have experienced, I only trust as the responses pack on that folks keep on point and not start upon a tirade involving the news du jour. Anyway, thank you for this superb piece and even though I can not really go along with it in totality, I value your perspective.
